Great customer service when unable to make our booking !
Would like to thank the gentleman I spoke to. We booked a table on open table and then got stuck in traffic. As it was only 2 hours until our booking open table would have taken a £50 deposit. The fantastic gentleman promised to amend and then cancel our booking so we didn’t get charged by open table. We've eaten at some brilliant restaurants in London and this is up there with the best of them, it may even be our favourite. The menu was exquisite - everything was delicious. Fabulous food and brilliant service from Bawy & Mario
- Bawy was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the menu, taking us through each dish patiently- Mario was a brilliant waiter, with the finest service in all of London, full of humour and recommendations- Food was incredible: oxtail ragu, veal meatballs, spaghetti bolognese all were delicious
